World Bar Conference 2016 The Independent Referral Bar: Retrospective and Prospective When: Thursday 14 to Saturday 16 April 2016 Where: Edinburgh The Faculty of Advocates will host the World Bar Conference 2016 (WBC2016) . This biennial event brings together the member independent Bars of the International Council of Advocates and Barristers for a stimulating program of seminars and social events, enhancing the practice of referral advocacy around the world.
